The audit enquiry asks for your business name, Google Maps link, town, and reply email. These details are saved in the app as a contact message. The app attempts to record the submission in CallBeacon's Polsia dashboard. If dashboard recording is unavailable, it attempts to send a notification to the company inbox.
Waitlist
The waitlist asks for your email address. It is saved in the app's waitlist records and the app attempts to record it in CallBeacon's Polsia dashboard. If dashboard recording is unavailable, it attempts to send a notification to the company inbox. The form does not send you an email confirmation.
